An agricultural engineer who graduated from the National University of Tucumán, Marcos joined the company in 2017 as a field manager. Since then, he has taken on various challenges within the operation, leading teams and production processes at different establishments in northwestern Argentina.
His focus on continuous improvement and innovation allowed him to develop a technical and leadership profile, which is key to managing complex production systems. In 2020, he furthered his education with a specialization in extensive crops at the National University of Córdoba, strengthening the application of new practices and technologies in the field.
In 2022, he led a mixed establishment, integrating agriculture and livestock farming under a comprehensive approach aimed at optimizing results and enhancing the sustainability of the production system.
