In livestock farming, we have developed a full-cycle model that encompasses breeding, rearing, finishing, and herd management.
During the breeding and rearing stages, we have implemented a holistic grazing model focused on maximizing soil carbon sequestration and minimizing the environmental impact of our operations, ensuring an efficient, sustainable system adapted to the environments in northwestern Argentina.
Our production is meant both for domestic consumption and export markets.

Production of grass-finished animals, primarily aimed at export markets, including the EU Hilton quota, with a focus on production efficiency and responsible resource management.
